About Robin Pasley
When I was a little girl, I didn't play house. I played business. I set up a cash register and pretended to sell things to my customers. I started my first real business when I was 19 years old and have continued to pioneer multiple business ventures over the last 30 years. This has cultivated my understanding of what business owners really need when designing their spaces. I use this empathy to create interior design that will help businesses grow.

About Zane Pasley
I had the amazing experience of designing the sets for a series of student-led fashion shows in Phoenix, AZ. I designed the environment for the event, but I couldn’t build it by myself. I found that my favorite part of the project was collaborating with my team to execute the vision. I’ve learned over the years that it’s always more fun to collaborate with other talented people if you want to see something great come to life. This is why I love working with Pasley Commercial Interiors.

About H.B. Pasley
I discovered the joy of serving others when I was just a teenager. My role model was my youth pastor, Greg, who showed me how caring for others was always an action, not just an idea. Over the decades I have pioneered many people-focused ventures included non-profits, publishing companies, and consultative practice. What I learned from my many wins and losses over 40 years as a pioneering leader is that story-telling is everything. Owners must turn interior design into their secret weapon for growth ... and they do that by clarifying their winsome story and broadcasting it effectively throughout their brand. This is not just a cost, it is an investment. I would say it is a business fundamental.
I believe what the team at Pasley Commercial Interiors is doing to help businesses grow is so important that I serve dual roles in branding and operations inside the firm, but I am also the Founder of Growth Advocate®, a toolkit for brand story, client experience, and strategic growth planning. I use those foundations as the Branding & Business Growth Advisor with Pasley Commercial Interiors.

About Lori Linser
I’ve always been passionate about helping others and making things run smoothly, qualities that once made me think I’d become a teacher. Instead, my path led me to spend 27 years with a global nonprofit, where I truly became a “Jill-Of-All-Trades,” tackling whatever problems came my way and juggling a thousand details with a smile.
Now, as Robin Pasley's Personal Assistant at Pasley Commercial Interiors, I’m grateful to play a part in keeping our team organized, supported, and moving forward. When I’m not at work, you’ll find me with my husband and our four sons, tending to my collection of plants, or soaking up time outside in the Colorado sunshine.
About Victoria Rubio
From a young age, music opened my eyes to the joy of uplifting others, singing with the Colorado Springs Children’s Chorale at age seven was just the beginning. I continued nurturing this drive as a Resident Assistant in college, serving as a role model and learning to listen to and understand students from every background. Now, I’m excited to channel this same enthusiasm and empathy into the professional world of design, where I hope to deliver exceptional client experiences and creative solutions that benefit everyone. Outside of work and classes, I enjoy skateboarding and spending time with my dog.

Youth With A
Mission
YWAM-COS mobilizes the church to get people involved in missions to see the Great Commission completed, equips people to be dedicated followers of Christ and train them to go, sends equipped workers to the least-reached people of the world, and sustains those sent to be healthy and effective workers. We began working with YWAM in 1994.
Peace Gospel
Peace Gospel empowers locally led programs in Asia and Africa to provide resident care and education for orphans, child labor victims, and young trafficking survivors, helping break cycles of poverty one child at a time. Kirby has been a co-visionary and friend for almost 30 years.
