At Pasley Commercial Interiors, we understand the critical role interior design plays in achieving your business goals. Our Fit Planning service ensures your space is functional, compliant, and tailored to support your growth. Here is our step-by-step process:

1. Upload Your Plans

Use our secure uploader to send us your floor plans in whatever digital form you have. Autocad (DWG) files are best. PDF's will work. A visit to your local print shop can scan your paper plans to PDF. Add your Project Name to the file you upload.

3. We Go to Work

Once we receive payment we will begin assessing special usage requirements, life safety and ADA code compliance. We will apply a best-case usage matrix to determine the strengths and weaknesses of the space your considering.

5. Human Review

This 30-minute phone call (or Zoom call) will allow you to ask questions and clarify anything on the Fit Plan Layout & Assessment.

2. Goals Consultation

Sit down with nationally certified interior designer, Robin Pasley, NCIDQ, Founder & Design Principal at PASLEY COMMERCIAL INTERIORS. She will ask the questions that are critical for planning your future success in this space. This is a "no strings attached", free consultation.

4. Fit Plan Delivery

Expect delivery of the Commercial Fit Plan which contains a 2-dimensional floor plan (up to three variations, TBD) and a clearly written assessment, via email, within 7 business days.

FAQs

What is the package cost?
Our Commercial Fit Plan package price is determined by the square footage. Our square foot rate is discounted to as low as 10 cents per square foot for larger site plans because we have a maximum package rate cap!
Is there a maximum size or package cost?
Yes. This Commercial Fit Plan package is suited for projects up to to 20,000 square feet and the package price will not exceed $2,000. (Additional services billed hourly.)
Is there a minimum package cost?
Yes. This Commercial Fit Plan package is suited for projects up to 20,000 square feet and the minimum package price is $750. Most spaces under 1,500 square feet will enjoy this competitive rate. (Additional services billed separately.)
What if we need more help?
We will gladly create additional meetings, consultations, planning round-tables, or specific problem solving engagements with you. These are priced according to complexity and schedule, and are usually billed at an hourly rate. Great service. No surprises.
What form of payment do you take?
You may pay by credit card or check, in person, at the close of our initial Free Consultation.
Can we use the Commercial Fit Plan for construction?
No. Unfortunately not. The fit plan is a rough estimate and assessment based on "usual and customary" guidelines for space usage and what is known in the provided plans and the initial consultation. They are not intended to be used for any construction decisions or actions to implement a design plan.

YES! We are a full service, nationally certified, award winning, commercial interior design firm that works with new builds or renovations ... from soup to nuts. We are also commercial furniture dealers so we can offer turnkey designs complete with FF&E.
