Our primary challenge in this first office space was to take the branding collateral they had already generated and convert into the elements and the atmosphere that would not only create a warm, calm environment for new patients, but would also translate into a well-branded and memorable space that could be reproduced in new practice locations.

All three offices now present a unified, inviting identity, enhancing patient experience and staff morale. The recognizable brand supports marketing efforts and reinforces the trust and care patients can expect from Pinnacle Advanced Primary Care. By laying this groundwork early, we enabled them to scale up efficiently, with design solutions that adapt as they continue to grow.
