What challenge did the client face?

Addressing navigation difficulties within a multi-level property by creating wayfinding that was both clear and visually striking. Additionally, we had the challenge of converting of a large, cluttered storage space into a state-of-the-art fitness and wellness amenity required creative vision and space planning expertise.

How did we solve this design challenge?

We infused the arrival and amenity experience with Casa Mundi’s upscale branding, curating finishes, graphics, and signage that echo a global, design-forward identity. We designed a color-coded wayfinding system for elevators, corridors, and public zones for effortless navigation and orientation on all floors. We also transformed an unused storage area—once filled with bikes and random gym gear—into a modern resident gymnasium and sauna, enhancing wellness and community value.

What business results came from the design?

The refreshed lobby and signage now deliver a truly elevated, on-brand first impression. Residents and guests enjoy easier navigation throughout the building thanks to the new wayfinding. The upgraded gym and new sauna have become standout amenities, supporting health and building community in a boutique, design-forward atmosphere.

What does the client say about the project?

I love what Robin and her team does! I had a vision for what I wanted to improve, but I could never have imagined how well it turned out with the team from Pasley Commercial Interiors. This is not the only project we have worked on together, and it won't be the last!
