This was a development of duplexes with a modern feel and great use of space. Weaving well-priced, quality finishes into unique configurations to produce a high-end look and feel, this development was a home run for the developer and the buyers.

Working with a local developer and her branding agent, we worked to bring the narrative of this "World Home" to life. Integrating bold choices like black trim and doors with Morrocan tile and modern light fixtures gave tenants a blank canvas with just enough flavor to make it their own. Bright colors assigned to each floor enliven the hallways while boutique, hand-crafted details adorn the doorways.
